Leyton Orient head coach Richie Wellens wants to add more knowhow to his team before the transfer window closes.
The O's beat Oxford United in the EFL Cup first round, but lost their League One opener against Sheffield Wednesday, before edging past AFC Wimbledon on penalties in the group stage of the EFL Trophy.
Wellens called the first-half performance against the Dons "poor" and "boring", and is planning on adding more experience to his group.
"We've got players learning the game, and that's fine, but I want to win now as well," he told BBC Radio London.

"I don't want to be that guy that just develops players, and we win one, then we lose one, then we win one and we lose one. You're always fighting [for consistency].
"We need one or two more players that are ready for the here and now. But it's probably going to depend on if we can get some out.
"We probably need a left-back because Somto [Boniface, on loan from Ipswich] is going to be out for eight to 10 weeks and the impact he has had has been a strong one.
"I'm short in midfield. I need an eight."
