Alexa Lemieux has shared the details of her recent plastic surgery

The reality star posted a TikTok video about her recent breast lift and implant insertion one month after announcing her split from husband Brennon, whom she met on Love Is Blind

Lemieux said the cosmetic enhancement has helped her get back the spark she had recently lost in her life

Alexa Lemieux is stepping into a brand new chapter (along with a brand new look).

In December, the Love Is Blind star, 31, revealed that she underwent a breast augmentation after announcing her separation from husband Brennon after four years of marriage.

"I did a lift and an implant," Lemiuex shared in a TikTok video filmed five days following her surgery done at Solomon Plastic Surgery. Her enhancement was done with 425 cc implants that were inserted under the muscle.

"This is a surgery that I have been wanting to do for quite some time now, really, since I stopped breastfeeding my daughter [Vienna Ziva Lemieux, whom she welcomed with Brennon in July 2024]. My girls just never set the same as they did before."

"I didn't want to be too big. I wanted something that would fit my frame well and be cute, but not in your face," she explained.

The reality star admitted that a boob job was't a always a part of her near future. "I was going to wait until I had more kids and then do them after I was finished having kids, but since that timeline shifted, I decided there's no time like the present," she said.

But with "a lot going on" in her life, she wanted to make a change. "I'm working hard healing the inside — thank you, therapy. But I also wanted to do something for me on the outside."

She added: "This is a journey, a place in my life, I didn't necessarily think I would be now. It's so nice to do something for myself and to just get back some confidence that I had lost over the last little bit of my life."

Seeing as her breast augmentation was one of the "best decisions" she's ever made, Lemieux encouraged anyone to chase after what they want. "I'm a huge advocate for, if you're wanting to get something done that you feel insecure about, to get it done."

The Lemieuxs, who met on season 3 of Love Is Blind, announced the end of their marriage on Dec. 3. "This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared," they wrote in a statement shared to her Instagram.

“We entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude for the experiences that shaped us and the growth we each gained along the way,” the statement continued. “While our journey as a married couple is coming to an end, we remain supportive of one another, devoted to our daughter, and committed to navigating this transition with compassion.”

According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, Brennon filed for divorce on Nov. 5, nearly a month before the pair announced their split. The petition states that “the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between” the two “that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

It further indicates that the former couple plan on coming to a written agreement outside of court regarding custody of Vienna and division of their community property, while Brennon requested that he keep any assets he obtained before the marriage.
