The two-time Grammy winner sent Cibrian more love a little earlier in another message marking the milestone.
"15 years of loving you. 15 years of making memories," Rimes posted Wednesday. "Your love is such a gift. and, with all that’s taken place this year, i have new vows… in perimenopause and in health, with teeth and without. Here's to you catching up and me returning the favor."

The mention of teeth, of course, referenced when her own fell out of her mouth in the middle of a song, 1996's "One Way Ticket," during a concert in June.
She had a good sense of humor about it at the time too.
"I feel something pop in my mouth," Rimes described in a video afterward. "And if you've been around, you know I've had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front, and it fell out in the middle of my song."

Rimes briefly left the spotlight as part of her quick recovery.
"I ran to the side of the stage and put it back in, like popped it back in, and then just went on singing," the *9-1-1: Nashville *star confirmed. "And then I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening, or else I would have had to walk off stage. For the rest of the show, I was literally like this, pushing my teeth in, like every couple lines, and singing."
The toughest of her songs to do was a *Coyote Ugly *favorite.
"'Can't Fight the Moonlight,' they completely fell out of my mouth," Rimes said. "It was the most epic experience ever. I don't usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last."
