Arielle Kebbel is embracing a "Western-chic" look. The actress stepped out in style for the Los Angeles premiere of the Yellowstone spin-off Marshals, which took place at the Autry Museum of the American West on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

Kebbel took PEOPLE behind the scenes of her red carpet moment, which featured a vintage Ralph Lauren gown styled by Jordan Grossman, a bronzed makeup look courtesy of makeup artist Melissa Hernandez and a classic hairstyle by Marissa Marino.

"I love a muted red lip and soft bronze eye for a carpet look," says Kebbel.

In order to let the dress shine, Kebbel says she prefers her hair to be "straight, simple and classic."

"No added distractions from the dress itself," she adds.

Kebbel recalls telling Grossman that it was "dream" to wear a vintage Ralph Lauren ensemble for the Marshals premiere. "It's happening!" she says of the red column gown with fringe details.

Kebbel says her look is a nod to her role in Marshals.

"I love that tonight’s dress is not only honoring being first a steward to our land, it’s also a nod to western chic," she says. "A classic Ralph dress on bottom with tassels and embroidery as the surprise on top. Who does it better than Ralph himself? Fun fact: We’re actually neighbors in Upstate N.Y. I’m patiently manifesting the day our worlds collide."

"I do my best to upcycle and lean into sustainable practices where I can," Kebbel says of her vintage look.

"A premiere often means we are in a special, liminal moment," she says. "A moment where we can celebrate the hard work we’ve accomplished together as a team, while still being in our own bubble before turning this baby over to the world."
